The Christian Association of Nigeria (CAN), Kaduna chapter, during a brief meeting on Wednesday, passed a no confidence vote against President Muhammadu Buhari, saying his administration had failed to decisively tackle the herdsmen’s massacre currently threatening the corporate existence of the nation. The body also opposed the establishment of cattle colonies across the federation, pointing out that the move was tantamount to creating the colonies for the “foreigners to continue to wage unrelenting war against innocent Nigerians. The chapter secretary, Rev. (Dr.) Sunday Ibrahim, during a briefing yesterday in Kaduna, called on the electorate to vote credible persons at the 2019 elections.Speaking while receiving the leadership of the state council of the Nigeria Union of Journalists (NUJ), Ibrahim said government had failed in delivering governance.
