We are looking for experienced Civil/Structural Engineers with quantity surveying skills to carry out the following activities across various project sites in the south-west and south-south regions of Nigeria:


1. Review/update existing Drawings, Scope of Work and Bills of Quantities for Prototype building Projects


2. Carry out quality checks at each site.

3. Validate actual project completion status.

4. Assess reasons for delays/slippages and way forward.

5. Agree target completion dates.

6. Advise project close-out actions (pending furnishing).

7. Assess Project Managers' capability.

8. Validate current status, including available materials.

9. Recommend and support phased completion activities.
