Strange Things

Be reasonable, with intelligence, you don't go and confront criminals in their hideouts when they are most prepared. You always plan to get them when they least expect, hence this particular guy and other killed criminals were probably having a nice time or sleeping when the security agents moved in on them - the reason why he is unclad and with bed sheet.
