A technical room in the senate wing is of the national assembly is on fire.

The room is located in the basement of the national assembly, where banks and a mosque are located.

The cause of the fire is not yet known but there are spirited attempts to put it out.

There was no one hurt in the incident as of the time of filing this report. Staff and business officials are moving to secure areas for their safety.

Senators, who were initially seated in the chamber, have moved out.
