"Grossly inadequate". That is how the Theatre Commander of operation Lafiya Dole Major General Rogers Nicholas described the proposed $1 billion funding by the Federal Government to fight Boko Haram.

The Theatre Commandant made this assertion at the regular media briefing in Maiduguri in Borno State Capital where he also highlighted the successes of the operation which has recorded hundreds of arrests, recovering of arms and many adoptees rescued.
