CHAN Eagles defender Stephen Eze is now a foreign based Nigerian footballer after he completed his move to Lokomotiv Plovdiv of Bulgaria.Eze actually had a pre-contract agreement with the Bulgarian team before the commencement of the CHAN 2018 competition, he was officially unveiled as a Lokomotiv Plovdiv player on Thursday 16th February 2018.
