It was a wonderful event today in abuja when this born champion race to win the 400 meter event in abuja with a new personal best (PB) 45:28 and hold the fastest time for the event in the world

he broke the world record in an Empty stadium lol kudos to him anyway..naija have got loads of talents but our preparation to these competitions/tournaments is just so poor....they do well on home soil and fail to impress at the biggest stage.

True about issues 9ja has to take care of

I do believe that the government is yet to see what benefits sports has to lift us as a nation else they would have channeled funding and a whole lot of support to encourage athletes and sportsmen alike

There are sports we barely involve ourselves in, but yet I’m sure there are Nigerians that would have a passion for that kinda sport and even excel beyond imagination

Let me not even go to the bobsled team

Anywayz, it’s all about thinking outside the box and having sports ministers that have a vision of what could have been us as Nigerians
