We Cannot Afford To Be Held Down By Hausa, Fulani Or Igbo_ Adeyinka Grandson by Papanwamaikpe: 4:26pm On Feb 18, 2018 |
It is our responsibility to educate the Young Yoruba that the argument around Biafra is nothing other than a fraud. These are Yoruba speaking areas: Lagos, Ogun, Oyo, Osun, Ondo, Ekiti, part of Kwara and Kogi, Akoko-Edo and Itsekiri. Almost all the Young Yoruba will be glad to see these areas declared as Oduduwa Republic or Yoruba Region. But if the Igbo speaking areas of Abia, Imo, Ebonyi, Anambra and Enugu States, plus the Aniocha part of Delta State and Ogba, and Ikwere areas of Rivers State are grouped together as Igbo nation or Igbo Region, almost all the Young Igbo would reject it. They don't have a shoreline, and natural resources, thus they want Edo, Urhobo, Itsekiri, Ijaw, Efik and Ibibio as part of their imaginary Biafra. There is no Igbo man or woman, dead or alive, who wants Igbo to opt out of Nigeria. Biafra is an emotional blackmail on the part of the Igbo to continue to live, work and get an education in Yorubaland without paying the appropriate prize. Young Yoruba must appreciate the fact that the only circumstance under which the Igbo will support the break up of Nigeria would be if Edo, Urhobo, Itsekiri, Ijaw, Ogoni, Efik and Ibibio are part of their Biafra. If otherwise, they want Nigeria to remain a unitary state just like the Hausa/Fulani. Young Yoruba must think like the white in America and the English in Britain. We must #ThinkYorubaFirst and be ruthless against all our enemies. Our enemies are those who do not want Nigeria to break or be restructured along ethnic nationalities. And these are Igbo and the Hausa/Fulani. If the white in America can prevail over the black and Hispanic and the English can prevail over the Scottish, Welsh and Northern Irish, the Yoruba will prevail over the Igbo and the Hausa/Fulani as long as Nigeria remains a going concern. This isn't close to racism or tribalism, but about self-preservation. The Yoruba is the majority in terms of the population of Nigeria at 25%; Yoruba contributes 49% of Nigeria's income and 80% of Nigeria's GDP. We cannot afford to be held down by the Hausa/Fulani or the Igbo. 4 Likes 2 Shares

Papanwamaikpe: If the writer above junk is a Yari.ba, it is safe to say vehemently that Yari.ba is not even more educated than Hausa. I guess the silly One-Nigeria crap has given some goons the false sense of existence. If the shithole called Nigeria will suddenly disintegrate today, those touts with false sense belonging will seriously dialogue for a square meal. One glaring idiocy being espoused by these goons from certain section of the cesspit called Nigeria is been arrogated as the final arbiter of where the Igbo land starts and ends. Please occupy your silly selves with delineated boundary lines of Oodua Republic and leave Republic of Igbo land to the rightful citizens. 18 Likes 1 Share |

This Adeyinka Grandson is deluded. Who in Nigeria are the people who have declared their own Republic, seceded, and taken up arms to fight for their independence? This is something the Yoruba Nation can ever have the will to do, not even in the next 1000 years. Who are the people actually agitating to leave Nigeria? Is it people like Adeyinka Grandson who only puts out social media statements? Or is it YOLICOM that never went beyond one press conference? Can any group in Yoruba land do what IPOB and MASSOB does? Can they take to the streets and agitate without fear of being gunned down by security operatives? Not one. Another unfortunate thing about the young guy called Grandson is that he thinks Shoreline is everything. I dont think he knows that the Wharf in Portharcourt is on Ikwerre land and Ikwerres are an Igboid people. I dont think he even knows that there are several places in Igbo land that River ports can be built. Most countries only need one or two Wharfs to trade internationally. Shoreline means nothing. Adeyinka Grandson is just a typical Yoruba man, all mouth and no action. There he is in Britain making statements on who is seeking independence and who is not. Let him have the courage to do what Nnamdi Kanu did. Let him leave the comfort of Britain and return to Nigeria to fight for what he believes in. Only then can anyone take him serious. Someone who has done nothing to make Oduduwa Republic a reality is criticising those who have gone far and above what he has ever achieved. 26 Likes 4 Shares |

Akoko-Edo don't speak yoruba, neither does Itsikeri ! neither does Kogi ! What you are doing is not different from what ipob is doing, you are only showing your ignorance. Also, what shall we do of the english speaking areas, should we plant a british flag on them. I mean since language is everything, right ? Papanwamaikpe: |

Well written. Though he is telling the world what we already know. We all know flat heads never want their so called biafra. Their fore fathers destroyed regional system, created unitary system of one nigeria when things are going great. Their fore fathers blocked secession clause from being added to nigerian constitution. When things doesn't favor, they remember Biafra. Its high time yorubas put those flat heads where they belong. (The mud) 11 Likes 1 Share |

Let me take my time a d laugh . By tomorrow, if this man want to make our brother from other side of the river happy and want them to praise him. He should say something nice they want to hear. For this one he said, he should receive his back clash in peace. Ffk is a good example. 2 Likes |

I laugh at the stvpidity of these waste people, so Igbos are their problem? The same Igbos that have been seeking to leave the Godforsaken sh!thole for them is their problem!? Well, for their information, Igbo is a great ethnic group, and we are not only controlling the commerce and industry of Nigeria but we have now extended our reach all over West Africa and equally breaking into the rest of Subsaharan Africa. Even after we break up the sh!thole, you guys will still need us to keep your economy running smoothly. We control the market from Aba, Onitsha and Nnewi down to China and elsewhere for both locally made goods and imported ones respectively. Igbos are unstoppable, if with the rest of the country and foreign powers you could not exterminate us between 1966-70 is it now that you would achieve it?? 10 Likes 2 Shares |

EarthXmetahuman:Cowardice is bad, bring it on or what are you waiting for? You think you can dislodge Igbos in Lagos? Think again, so far Nigeria remains one, Igbo influence and dominance in Lagos will continue and there is nothing you could do about it. You will certainly see more Igbo elected men and women in Lagos politics 12 Likes 2 Shares |
