JOB TITLE: Direct Sales Executive
DEPARTMENT: Business Development
The Direct Sales Executive plays a key role in communicating and promoting the
bank’s products to new and existing customers and also canvassing markets for
new products.
Specific Responsibilities:
 Selling loans and all other bank’s products to customers
 Evaluating loan applications and documentations
 Identifying cross-selling opportunities
 Participating in company-wide market storms/strategies
 Qualifications
 BSc/HND in relevant discipline
 Must have completed NYSC or have an exemption letter
 0-3 years’ work experience
Skill Requirements
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to close sales
• Passionate about sales and Persistent
• Problem solving skills
• Good analytical skills

Salary :Annual gross of NGN720,000 (base salary) + sales commission
