Maybe you've seen this, maybe not but that's not the news. Before you start to feel pressured remember Mark has been running his business for years and has put efficient systems in place to make this happen even though we are not yet two weeks into the new year.

However, breaking this down to a #microeconomic level for a #startup you need to ask yourself every day you are opened for business a pertinent question that @ronaldnzimora a facilitator at one of our in-house training said we should always ask ourselves,
"Who has my money?".

Yes, who has your money in exchange for the value you deliver. Remember when you open shop you run costs every day whether you sell or not so you have to ensure you are not just opened but you make a sale too. The more the alerts that come in daily, the better for your business.
So ask yourself this Monday afternoon and every day afterward, "Who has my money?"
