It is interesting to see the way the global economy is set up such that the oil producing countries suffer the most in the hands of their beneficiaries.

It is a mixture of greed and cowardice on the part of a few, one just has to be critical here. Ignore the first 9 to 10 minutes of commercial at the beginning and note that Nigeria was mentioned towards the end.

Since the 70s, Nigeria can not tell the exact quantity of oil that is lifted from her shores on daily basis. Most oil majors are western multinationals who drill, load and export crude without any rigorous check by any Nigerian official. Other countries monitor oil wells electronically. Shell and co will sell internationally, then quote numbers. Abuja will then budget based on such numbers.. For how long are the owners of Nigeria going to thank the shells of this world for helping them "liberate" Niger Delta oil?
