Must have solid knowledge of plumbing, electrical system and other crafts. Must be able to develop maintenance procedure and implementation in all offices of the Group and in staff quarters. Carrying out inspections of the facilities to identify and resolve issues timeously To ensure the Group Companies' facilities are well cared for and adequate to support the company's business operations. Requirement (Qualifications- Experience and Skills) The candidate must have a minimum of 8 years of working experience B.Sc./HND in Civil or Building Technology or in a related course of study in a recognized institution and not less than 45 years of age.
