Where did this doctrine of forbidding to marry come from? Since the bible says in
1 Timothy 4:1-3 King James Version (KJV)

Now the Spirit speaketh expressly, that in the latter times some shall depart from the faith, giving heed to seducing spirits, and doctrines of devils;

2 Speaking lies in hypocrisy; having their conscience seared with a hot iron;

3 Forbidding to marry, and commanding to abstain from meats, which God hath created to be received with thanksgiving of them which believe and know the truth

In the latter times, meaning the future,some people will make it a doctrine that people shouldn't marry.Marriage is an institution created by God himself,so it is good.
Now there's a difference between a man or woman who chose not to marry (eg Paul) and a person forbidding to marry.
Forbidding people from marrying as a result of doctrine or otherwise is wrong, while people can choose to marry or not, that's their choice,not wrong.

That means any doctrine that forbids one from marry is a man made doctrine and not scriptural.
