Obj is not stupid enough to think he can win an election with a group of random no bodys.

He has a plan, but no one can really figure it out yet. He plays his cards very close to his chest.

I just think Apc are really nervous about his recent partying across the nation. it is obvious they sponsored and doctored the newspaper article to attack him. They were very careful not to include any direct quote from members of their party in the article, they only sort the opinion of fringe PDP members.

They even went to bayelsa to gauge opinion because of his recent visit to Jonathan. They wanted to paint a picture that he doesn't have the support of anyone in the PDP., as most people will like to believe .

I guess Apcs aim is to attack the character of obj as much as possible before the election period. They want to paint him as a nonentity.

It might work or backfire, only time will tell

Uhun let's wait and see, opinion poll did not give the right perspective, what about the kid voters in the North, majority of the voters don't know or partake in opinion poll, their perception is different, what is important is that somebody should take away the veils the politician use to veil us

This is the second time this topic will feature on nairaland frontpage. Is it a sponsored topic or just being brought up to see the reactions of Nigerians toward this movement.

Unknown to many Nigerians, this is the second time Obasanjo will form a movement. The first movement was under Abacha supported by late Yar'adua. This time around, the movement may not make much impact but that letter has great weight. Embassies, diplomatic missions, international organizations, etc have copies and are perusing it. As at March 2018 ( February ends on Wednesday) no political party has organized a major national convention, no presidential candidate (Atiku is a regular), we have dapchi girls kidnapping.

Even Buhari is yet to decide. If that letter had not been written, APC would have started Buhari for presidency campaign. The only thing I observed is that opposition from Obj & IBB might have boosted the confidence of opposition culminating in dapchi girls kidnapping.

Another question is this, is Daily Trust still existing? I thought it has gone the way of New Nigeria Newspaper

Re: Nigerians Shun Obasanjo’s Coalition For Nigeria - Daily Trust by positivethought: 10:05pm On Feb 25, 2018
obasanjo is just been mischievous he lacks the courage and confidence to really take on buhari, the moment he said once the coalition turns to a political party he would withdraw,i knew it was all nonsense, for any real political change to occur there is always the need to acquire power through the formation of political parties and contesting elections but obasanjo's technique is just a mischievous way of currying political favour and relevance,if buhari eventually wins 2019,it will not be because Nigerians are happy with him but due to the foolishness of pdp.
