you will be trained to be selling insurance up and down ..no fee for their training ..you are on your own mehn ... Dont get discouraged though.

for a young guy from university,good to start for sales experience.no welfare package or transport money.everything is from you,you wil need financial support from family and friends if you are broke.so be prepared to learn how to communicate well,lie well and deceive well.

most people working in insurance in Nigeria are desperate and back stabbers,they back stab themselves and can steal your deal and commission if you are not sharp.

if you think you have gotten a real job,you are wasting your time.this job is for street hustlers and not for those that like office job.you can move on top if you are determined

your pay is commission and you need to meet target of selling 500,000 naira worth of insurance per month,i think commission is either 5 or 10%

Talking from experience, is a marketing Job!
Am also a marketer with firstbank Insurance, so I know what you are going to face in the reality of marketing!!..The task is difficult,it takes the grace of God for you to keep up with the work, it strictly on commission, and commission comes on how much you bring into the corporation!!Sometimes you end up spending a lot of money for the month and earn a peanut as commission..a colleague of mine was paid 712naira commission for january, after 30days of working, you can imagine the morale destruction.. the girl wanted to kill herself, she later resigned from the work a week after!

Am leaving them soon, cuz the work doesn't worth it jare!am a man, and I got to keep the hustle High to meet up my demand, the work ain't giving me what I want....

OP if you have rich uncles and aunty and friends, the work will be so easy for you to cope!!your first 3months or so is on you! The money, the t'fare and feeding comes from your pocket, if you ain't that loaded in your account, I suggest you keep up with your family members to survive..Don't be discourage about all I said, a lot of people are making it big time in the Job but only if you can keep getting Big fishes and not crayfish then you will flex with the work, but if you keep getting crayfish rather than whale..O.Y.O is your name, you go hear wiiii

But work for the experience, it worth it @least, I strongly believe marketing is very good for all the newly graduated students, it will teach you a lot, and it will blend you well into the society!!
Marketing is Bae, but not for insurance or any corporation that will be paying you on commission, it demoralises your personality!!

what stops u from going there hear what they have to offer and if it doesn't fit your plan yu move on

instead of coming here to hear conflicting suggestion

This kind of insurance job is not worth it and doesn't make sense. Marketing job is just annoying. Its better you look for something better rather than doing this
