Shakira has been hit with a muti-million pound tax bill stemming from the early years of her romance with Gerard Pique. The 41-year-old chart topping star has handed over almost £18 million to the Spanish tax man to settle an alleged tax debt from 2011. Spanish newspaper El Periodico claims the Colombian pop star is being investigated for her tax returns from 2012 and 2014 and could face prosecution charges.
