I*N*E*C, Abuja office is so confused in their planning of things. Just aptitude test that was supposed to be conducted in a good manner today at the Women's Development Center was just another bag of confusion. A lot of unemployed youths was just brought out to day to witness another bitter experience. Its quite an unfortunate experience that was experienced by all who came prepared to sit for the aptitude test. INEC, Abuja office please get more organised in their conduct of their future aptitude tests, interviews, or elections. A word they say is enough for the wise!!!
