Everyone knows the dangers of taking too much sugar due to the negative effect it has on our body. For those who didn’t know, Amongst other things too much of sugar in the system can lead to diabetes, cardiovascular disease, tooth decay, obesity, and other serious health conditions. This why so many people have stopped drinking beverages with lots of added sugar (including high fructose corn syrup) rather they have switched to simply sugar-free coffee, diet-coke or and lighter foods. This foods are not entirely bad, but due to the fact that they are sweetened artificially with chemicals that contain few or no calories a lot of things have to been considered.
