*Job Requirements*
*Industrial candidates should have a degree in any related field with at least 1 year work experience in a clerical or front office setting.
*Fluent in English language and a local language,proficient in Mi _crosoft office tools.
*Good _interpersonal skills and intercultural sensitivity.
*Live and can work in Lagos.

*Duties and Responsibilities*
*Greet clients and set a positive office atmosphere.
*Answer the phone,take messages and redirect calls to appropriate office.
*Organise and maintain files and records,update when necessary.
*Oversee sorting and distribution of incoming mail,prepare outgoing mail.
*Duties and requirements for accountants*
Versatile with the use of accounting packages like SAGE, QuickBooks and SAPDevelop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls
Prepare accurate accounting reports and present their results
Analyse financial information and summarize financial status
Identify errors and make recommendations for efficient business operations
Review and recommend modifications to accounting systems and procedures
Coordinate internal and external audits to ensure compliance.
