my company promoted me without increasing my salary.i does not make sense to me.they said they will increase it after 3 months.  |

Is that the usual company policy? Have you inquired from older staff their modus operandi in such situation? Is the company cash strapped and are in a pleading position to you? In that case, whenever they want to pay, it must be in arrears based on the effective day of promo. Gotta find out these facts, gurl. Meanwhile congrats on your new level.
