How are they poorly treated? Aren't there private sector workers that earn far less than civil servants and they are still doing their jobs diligently? Abeg joor

Well, at my workplace, we do it right or not at all. Proper communication entails giving updates as to why a job would be delayed.

There are no jobs in d shithole to start with.
