The bilateral agreement scholarship has come and gone but was nothing to write home about as the rich got a preferential treatment from the organizers and 300 students were denied the scholarship exams after squatting for 3days as a result of delays and some forgery,spending huge amount of money on hotel bills & feeding. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GW4LKiplic8
