SIERRA LEONEAN Minister of local government and rural development, Mme Diane Konomanyi backing her baby while at work.

In Nigeria, she will have 5 - 10 baby sitters, house maids with hundreds of aids paid with tax payers money. She will also have female police handbag "carrier". Lol!!
