Please I need expert opinion My phone was used to take a picture of a police officer sleeping on duty armed with a tire gas rifle who was supposed to prevent and riot created by student of Benue state university. The person who took the picture was caught by another officer after he took the picture. the case is now in Benue state police headquarters. We where told to bring #30000 to die the case b4 it reaches the state inspector. I will like to know if the act done was a criminal offence or not and possibly actions to take. Please I need suggestions. Thanks |

When did it become a criminal offence to take pictures?? You can turn this case around by pretending to cooperate with them and make an audio recording of your discussion. |
