FC Barcelona superstar Lionel Messi lives in a remarkably serene territory of Barcelona, partly because of the fact that planes aren’t permitted to fly over it.

The 30-year old, lives in a multi-million chateau in the luxurious Castelldefels suburb of Bellamar, a little more than six miles from the air terminal. But the airline owners seem convinced Messi’s influences implies airports bosses can’t proceed with their plans.
