Go to career pages of organisations where you would like to work, send mails to their HR; ask your friends, uncles and aunties to refer you or inform you of openings. No one will know you need a job until you ask them for one.

2. Apply again: Yes. That your application yesterday was not successful does not mean you should stop applying. So, sit down, do a CV review, check for possible reasons your former application was not successful and after this, apply again. You can re-apply to the same organisation if you’re allowed to and apply somewhere else too.
