I want to use this medium to inform the commissioner of police and entire public about the menace that is going on in ijeshatedo surulere Lagos, where police or SARS would walk up to anyone and make arrests. Infact, they just arrests people without any crime committed. This has been going on for the past two weeks. people come from their workplace and get arrested at the junction unlawfully. some people would just go out to buy something and get arrested and we ask, what crimes have been committed? these police(SARS or whatever they call themselves) would arrest and ask bail fee of 100k+(bail fee are factored on whether the person arrested has an ID card or not). we are begging THE POLICE to please stop these UNLAWFUL ARRESTS and make us live in peace! we should not be running away from the police rather protected by them!
