it is the duty of the government to map out refuse sites and also provide the infrastructures to enable waste collection and management...
Then the people must comply and defaulters must be punished.

How can it be clean? Just look at the size of those dumpsters... Can it accommodate the volume of waste being disposed? Just like using crown corks to fetch water at a river. This is about the only aspect I see that Mr Ambode is failing on. Lack of adequate logistics before execution of project.
Questions like;
1. How many PSPs were in operation before Vision scope came into the picture?
2. How many LAWMA trucks were in operation before Vision scope came into the picture.
3. How does their Operational cycle last before refuse is picked up again?

The people won't wake up and start doing the right thing. That's why there needs to be sensitization and enforcement of the rule of law.
No officers designated with the task of monitoring and collecting fine from citizens for indiscriminate dumping of refuse on the road so pray tell how will it ever stop?
