hall 3 is lively and noisy sometimes, your stuffs like bucket might not be too personal, you would be opportuned to get close to more students unlike hall 4 that seems enclosed, you are liable to get info quick than hall 4, hall 4 most times seems calm.. you would have a personal wardrobe unlike hall 3. it depends on you as for me I like noise.

The clearance officer said he spotted an error concerning the DOB my certificate carries and he refused to accept affidavit for it , telling me to go to waec office to change it.

That's an issue there, but he should have given you correction form to fill or didn't he? cuz going to waec office to correct issues like this ain't essy.

he didn't give me correction form instead he gave me a temporarily clearance form to fill which I did
I travelled back home to see my principal if anything can be done about it but he said waec has placed an embargo on certificate amendment 2years ago
I'm confused because he said he only gave me 6 months to sort it out.

I knew it wont be easy, didn't know it's now as bad as placing an embargo on it. My advise is you should come back to school and tell your clearance officer what your principal told you. My prayer is someone else attends to you when you come back.

Getting NDDC isn't an easy one as for now as only Halls 1 to 4 were opened for booking & also if you aren't under the medical line, forget NDDC totally.
