Not at all. I could name a least 4 'unknown' oil servicing companies that pay just as much. 7 Likes 7 Shares |

If you were talking about a Nigerian owned oil and gas firm, then yes, they are the highest paying. But if you were talking about it in a general context, then no, the likes of Shell and Total are ahead of them |

Lol First of all nlng pay well but eleme petro chemicals pay higher But honestly the big boys in the oil industry are not the permanent safe but the contract staffs If you are an engineer get yourself IWE certificate tho expensive or you can go for CWEngr but are of same class but CWEngr is Way cheap n way more difficult As a welding engineer you can earn anything between 800,000( who go even pay you that I doubt) to over $2k a day on a good contract 7 Likes 1 Share |

NLNG is the highest paying and the best company to work with as an oil and gas expert. We have Chevron, Mobil, Total and Haliburton coming pretty close when it comes to paycheck. But the working environment, welfare, and the privileges of NLNG is comparable to none... In Nigeria that is! 13 Likes 2 Shares |

NLNG pays good no doubt, but there are several upcoming oil and gas companies that pays more with better staff welfare package here in PHC. 4 Likes 1 Share |

Don't really know much about NLNG, but I know about Chevron quite well. Their pay is quite attractive with good working environment and staff welfare. I still reminisce my time at escravos terminal and EGTL. I still wish for more of those times again and again. Oluwa please pick my call, the phone has been ringing. 4 Likes 3 Shares |

The one is almost blood money. When they pay you you bank would shake when the alert enter. Meanwhile heard they only take 2.1 results and above. |

mrvitalis: Over $2000 a day? You mean you will earn that in a day? But how old are you by the way? A $2000 welding contract that can take nor than 6 manpower or just a day job of $2000? You are the real devil's incarnate 10 Likes 1 Share |

I totally disagree. It all depends on the cadre or employment status. There are some that go home with #100k and even lesser than that. Though their working environment is dope. Seplat even pays better in some aspect..while some other companies have a good package in terms of training on the job. 1 Like |

Habibatuley23: Work hard and get first class, you no get. now you console yourself with na dem dem.... siddon there... Hard work pays. Seeth thou a person diligent in his work(studies/career)? He will stand before kings(work in nlng/chevron/total). He will not stand before mere men(work for coys like shell /ministry/obioma & co)... Ok i joke. Shell pays very very well compared to ministries and other coys but in oil & gas, they are probably no 4 and lower in pay structure. I hear Total and Chevron(maybe mobil) pay really really well 8 Likes 3 Shares |
