A Lagos based Facility Management Company in Lekki is expanding its operations and therefore requires the service of a full-time experienced Business Development Manager.

Job Purpose
The role entails identifying, attracting and developing new businesses through sale of product offerings of the company to existing and potential clients and thereby enhance portfolio profitability.
Analysis of industry trend and the strategy to stay ahead of the competition through proactive engagement of clients and designing of customized solutions to exceed customers’ expectations.

Job Specification
• Seeking new business opportunities, managing tender processes and win businesses
• Develop and manage all strategies and execute plans that deliver sustainable revenue growth and profitability.
• Preparation of presentations and bids/tenders
• Provide plans & assist in identifying strategic partners to drive growth initiatives
• Cultivate relationship with direct customers and partners to ensure business is growth and sustain retainership.
• Evaluation of marketing activities.
• Provide regular report to the Chief Operating Officer and Managing Director.

Person Specification
• Proven sales/business development experience
• Good business acumen and analytical skill
• Strong presentation and communication power
• Good interpersonal skill

Qualification
• A minimum of 2 years cognate working experience in a similar role or FM Company
• A Bachelor’s degree or HND with a minimum of Second Class Lower division or Lower Credit in the case of HND
• Membership of a relevant professional body is an added advantage

Remuneration Package: From N2.4M per annum (Negotiable)
