3-bedroom flat at Majek near Abijo for 900,000 naira per year?? shocked Is the flat made of gold? Even Ajah landlord will not ask for a rent of 900k per annum!

Ajah is much closer to town (i.e. Victoria Island etc) than Majek. Ajah is also more developed than Majek. Ajah has more tarred roads than Majek. In fact, there are many ways in which Ajah is more developed than Majek....
