I have had afew fails with this but so far the dough is rising cool

Ingredients:
2 cups floor
2 and 1/2 table spoons yeast
Warm water.
1/2 cup sugar

I mixed all dry ingredients together then added the water as I kneaded it to a firm consistency.

Left to rise (doing well so far) smiley

It feels spongy.

I kneaded it again by folding it to the center and then put it in its baking tin. Its rising so fast I can see it

Also applying egg on top to avoid it getting hard. The yeast was so active that the egg layer on top was forming bubbles grin

This was accidental.

I made a dough for cooking a kind of deep fried pastry but after seeing how the yeast had made it rise, decided to cook it as bread. Wow cool

Ingredients

Baking Flour about 3 cups (with raising agent)
1 tea spoon yeast
I/2 cup shredded coconut
Water
1/2 cup sugar
After making the flour in the morning , I let it rest, kneaded it at about noon at let it rest till evening.

Time: 30 mins @ 180°C (the top got burnt so try lower)

I mixed the dry ingredients together and added water in the end slowly as I mixed.

Am not buying bread again grin

#NB
The dough will stop rising once you start baking so ensure the it is at its best before baking. Don't be in a hurry
