Jigawa is the state of former governor sule lamido so this is expected. Secondly,politicians pay people millions to hire a crowd,either as decampees or to welcome a person. Why do I know this,my younger sister is into part time politics and a former supporter of buhari when he was still under cpc or sth,can't remember the name. I remember her then campagning for buhari/bakare some years ago. If they offer you 10m naira for you to hire a crowd of ten thousand people at 1k each,is that not temptation for some people..,
