A Leading Beauty Brand with products and services across Nigeria is in search of a Personal Assistant for the CEO.

Duties include;

- Provide administrative support to the CEO
- Co-ordinate formal and informal meetings with CEO and/or team leaders and following up on action points to ensure speedy and successful execution and progress
- Screening/responding to emails and flagging important messages to maintain the speedy response track record of CEO
- Pro-active diary management including arranging travel for CEO and other management.
- Drafting and preparing correspondence and communication.
- Respond to telephone and social media comments, queries and requests
- Managing the day-to-day running of the office i.e. office supplies, maintenance, staff well-being, cleaning etc. and ad-hoc organisational duties.
