The road that leads to Success is very narrow and full of obstacles, that is while many choose not to trek through it but I have a word of encouragement for all Entrepreneurs who might be considering quitting today because of difficulties they encountered. The challenges you face today does one good thing for you, it prepares you up to take up bigger future responsibility.
Will Facebook and Microsoft, Amazon, Apple, Bloomberg, Ford and many other great companies and tech Giants be in existence today if the founders have quited in their entrepreneurship journey or do you think they did not face any challenges when they started. Amazon was started out of Bezo’s Garage, Facebook was started in Mark’s Dorm Room, while Google was started from Larry Page and Sergrey Brin Dorm Room, but today look at where they are. Don’t be discouraged by the fact that you did not have huge capital base, keep working step by step and with time that your powerful idea will grow into a Big Tree that will bear many fruits and will have many birds perch and feed from it.

What other people label might try to call failure, I have learned is just God’s way of pointing you in a new direction. The road to success has never been easy, the Billionaires we celebrate today also has a time in their life when they feel like giving up but they never give up. On your road to Success there will be a time when even your close friends will desert you this is the time you are trying all your best to build that your dream company. Don’t you worry keep working be focus by the time you become successful all of them will come back. You might be going home without any salary at the end of the day because you want to pay all your debt and your workers salary yes don’t quit keep pushing it.

That is how failure and Success is to us, we are in between the red sea and Pharaoh’s violent t soldiers, if you quit then all your years of labour becomes a waste but if you continue it will only take time but there is a light at the end of the tunnel. S choose the path you will follow but i think no body want to be a failure because we don’t celebrate failure we only celebrate successful people

While developing your business goals make sure that they are measurable. Penning down gigantic goals which might not be attainable might lead you to depression and frustration and finally liquidation. You can divide your goals into short tern, medium term and long term goals.
Work with team of Like minded Entrepreneurs: A tree can never make a forest neither will a spoonful of water make an ocean. All the multi million dollar companies all have a large number formidable team. Don’t be too selfish to resort to one man’s business the growth is very slow and it is always stagnant. If you don’t want to bring people into your business then go for partnership with that you can pull resources together to embark on bigger project.
Remain Focus and Exercise patience. When distraction comes knocking on your door remain focus and don’t derail. It takes a man who is focus to achieve Success in what ever he does. Success does not come over night, you need to be patient and committed till that morning when Success will come knocking on your door. Accept criticism work on it but don’t allow people talk down on you.

Go with technology: Today’s business is highly driven by technology and innovation and you cannot afford to be left behind as this will be an indirect way of telling your competitors to take over the market. If you are launching a business make sure and consider having a strong online presence and this will help you cut your own cake in both local and international market.
Don’t forget God: In all that we do we just have one person that approves our Success, He is God, don’t forget to always ask him to lead you, inspire you and in all give you the knowledge to lead your company to greatness.
