I have installed an application which runs from WAMP on my computer.
A.I want to move the entire application to a CD and run it from there.
B, I want the application to autorun when the CD is inserted

The usual path to the application is http://localhost/APP . And typically before it can run Wampserver must be started. [path C:\wamp\wampmanager.exe] .
Therefore the autorun must first
1. First start Wamp
2. Point to http://localhost/APP

Can someone quickly help out with such a script ?

[autorun]
open=YourApplicationPath.exe(e.g D\yourapplicatio.exe)

save as autorun.inf
and note remember to check  the all file types before saving



note you neet to include the file in the root folder of the D: drive together with you application
when burning the cd



You may also need to pass an argument to the program to be auto played. In that case,
do:

[autorun]
open=YourApplicationPath.exe(e.g D\yourapplicatio.exe) /argument

You Need more than Autorun to do this

Try an create an Autorun that will lunch a batch file,
The batch file will then run the wamp server
Then if you can also lunch a browser with that point to web addres
Or the from the batch file open a web address i think automatic that will lunch the browser for you

I was able to do something below

the batch file

@echo off

start C:\wamp\wampmanager.exe

echo WAMP is starting, 

start CometBird.exe "http://localhost/APP"

exit

change the CometBird.exe to your browser for example iexplorer.exe or opera.exe
i dont know what u want to use it for but i think u should be able to modify that
follow @Klamoris  explanation to create the autorun and point it to open the batch file
