It is absolutely foolishness for anyone to say that a man of Muhammdu Buhari's intellect can repair broken Nigeria which he is one of the culprits. However, the dude first term in office has been divisive. His mode of appointment is styled towards Fulani and response to the massacre of other Nigerians by Fulani herdsmen and Boko Haram is deplorable at best. He had soldiers going to the houses of individuals due to innocuous presence of IPOB but failed to use the same tact in northern region of Nigeria to deal with Boko Haram and its menace. You are free to give him 16 years but the patience of certain people in Nigeria could be limited.
