Ezedan1: Check out the university of Jaen,Spain. I was given a full tuition scholarship with stipends last year though I couldn't resume due to personal reasons. They easily admit Nigerians. Do you speak Spanish?? How much can you afford?? 2 Likes |

Re: Advice On France Student Admission And Visa by BarristerAlarig: 11:32pm On Mar 30, 2018 |
Ezedan1: How about other German speaking countries?? Austria?? Luxembourg?? etc Moreover, one is required to have a deposit of €7000 in a German block account not €9000( or has the required amount changed??) and it isn't compulsory you actually SPEND the money. By the way, are you applying for a first degree?? what course are you looking at?? and HOW MUCH CAN YOU AFFORD AS TUITION YEARLY |
Re: Advice On France Student Admission And Visa by Ezedan1(m): 11:48pm On Mar 30, 2018 |
BarristerAlarig:Situation of naija as at now ,one can't deposit such. The truth is 80% of us who's trying to study in Europe don't even have the money for the tuition, We only trying to survive as a black naija man. I left German course based on the stupid €9,000 open deposit and where will one get this money from? That's why I want you or anyone to give us full info and advice about Spain or France universities and embassies so we know the best to apply for. I am applying for masters degree and not bsc degree Thanks and God bless you. 5 Likes |

Ezedan1: I totally get it sir. Try any relatively new public university in Spain (I had a list before but I've lost it). Spanish Universities easily give out admission especially for M.sc programmes. Moreover, If you do decide to school in Spain, getting an EU passport is easier and more doable. Get married to a Spanish woman, get a resident permit, wait just one year after marriage and apply for naturalisation and get your Spanish passport (EU passport). Regarding your admission, try Ujaen. I had a very pleasant experience with them. 6 Likes 2 Shares |

BarristerAlarig: How about giving him a sensible advise rather than this poor line some people here are so quick to come out with? He will invest millions into foreign education only to get to Spain to start snipping around desperately for a Spanish woman to marry for paper? Do you know any Spanish scholarship available to Africans? Any affordable school that will not cost arm and leg? 3 Likes 1 Share |
Re: Advice On France Student Admission And Visa by Ezedan1(m): 2:58pm On Mar 31, 2018 |
justwise: You right by ur comments about snipping around with women. Well am not desperate or being like desperado as some naija boiz or men do. I have business here I do and am still working here in Lagos Nigeria ,I work for myself. Even if I travel I won't close down my business, am only trying to find help for easier way to study in abroad and hustle. As per your question, only if u have good cgpa in universities or good waec that can fetch u scholarships bcoz Buhari has withdrawn Nigeria out of so many organizations and fellowship that we can benefit from in abroad. If you apply for scholarship then who will fund it for u? Scholarships are being funded by ur county govt, or a company . Last year many Nigerians in UK were deported back to naija and they were on scholarship program, this is because our govt didnt pay for it This time. So before u apply for scholarship program, u need to have good waec grades or ur university degree on high cgpa first before applying. |
Re: Advice On France Student Admission And Visa by justwise(m): 3:30pm On Mar 31, 2018 |
Ezedan1: That is not true because not being able to pay school fees is not an immigration offense. They did not tell the whole truth about their deportation. You need to do your research very well because not all scholarships are offered by organization or fellowships even at that Nigerian govt doesn't need to necessarily be a member of that organization. Many scholarships are offered by universities and their govt. You also need to be realistically honest with yourself regarding studying abroad, to study abroad even in the cheapest country will cost you millions, if you have such money then investing it in your existing business in Nigeria will be more beneficial to you. 2 Likes |

Ezedan1: I apology if my post was offensive to you(not justwise) I had misread your intentions. if you are genuinely looking for cheap European countries to study- not a place to stay after graduation or get residency/Citizenship......try Eastern European University. Universities in Romania, Bulgarian, Croatia etc are generally affordable. |
Re: Advice On France Student Admission And Visa by BarristerAlarig: 8:21pm On Mar 31, 2018 |
Justwise sir, thanks for delecting my comment. You deserve an award!!! @OP, Getting married to an EU citizen you absolutely love doesn't come off as desperate!!! Getting an EU passport is secondary not the primary reason to marry a person. @justwise, kindly go to the USA visit visa thread to post your response. If nairaland wasn't a faceless online forum, boiz go beat hell outta you when you advice against getting married to an American therefore preventing them from being able to adjust status. For the record, Lemme just state clearly that getting married to an EU/American/Australia citizen isn't illegal neither does your action come off as desperate UNLESS you do not love the person and your sole purpose for pursuing the marriage was for immigration benefits. 7 Likes |

Re: Advice On France Student Admission And Visa by justwise(m): 7:04am On Apr 01, 2018 |
BarristerAlarig: I never mentioned anywhere that getting married to EU/American citizen is illegal but in numerous occasions here many of you are so quick to suggest marriage as the quickest route to citizenship, that is sham marriage and its illegal. Those frayed American/EU pensioners marrying young Nigerian men are all for love? Truth hurts but i will keep saying it here. 2 Likes |
Re: Advice On France Student Admission And Visa by BarristerAlarig: 10:08am On Apr 01, 2018 |

BarristerAlarig: What is possible and who is arguing that its not possible? Is either you don't understand where i'm coming from or you are just arguing for argument seek. |
Re: Advice On France Student Admission And Visa by BarristerAlarig: 10:25am On Apr 01, 2018 |
justwise: I understand where you are coming from sir, I just don't get the rationale behind all your post against people getting married for immigration purposes if the marriage is genuine!!Moreover, no one was asked to marry anyone at gun point. Your HATE isn't justified sir. Happy Easter! 4 Likes |
Re: Advice On France Student Admission And Visa by justwise(m): 10:41am On Apr 01, 2018 |
BarristerAlarig: You are contradicting yourself, when you marry for visa then the marriage is not genuine because if you take out the immigration gain the marriage is non existent. The only reason you married that person is to get a visa/passport/citizenship and not because you love that woman/man. A 20 something or 30 something yr old Nigerian marrying 60-70 yr old white woman is not love, its a sham marriage. What i hate is the hypocrisy of many of you here who pretended as if this is a good thing to do but yet will never ever marry a Nigeria woman of that age without foreign passport involved. 1 Like |
Re: Advice On France Student Admission And Visa by BarristerAlarig: 10:50am On Apr 01, 2018 |
justwise: Firstly, no one is advising anyone to get married for a visa. Secondly, who says the lady most be 60+?? A lot of Spanish ladies are attracted to black men same as Scandinavian ladies. Thirdly, nothing stops me from getting married to a 60+yr old Nigerian lady if I love her and other factors are considered Lastly, Most guys I know, who are married to Americans/EU citizens have spouse who are under 30. Don't be deceived by random pics you see online. 4 Likes |

Ezedan1:Bro, please how does the whole €9k stuff work? And I finished with a 2:2, is it possible to get an Msc program in Germany? |
Re: Advice On France Student Admission And Visa by BarristerAlarig: 10:27pm On Apr 01, 2018 |
Thewizardof0zil: I am not as expert sir. but 4.5m is roughly €10000+ if I am not mistaking. This amount might work if you are going for an M.sc and if your university doesn't charge tuition. Getting a teaching assistant job is almost impossible and other Manuel jobs pay mostly €10/hr. I believe that amount is enough but other factors such as lifestyle, programme tuition/tuition waiver, accommodation, feeding etc should be strongly considered. Happy Easter Sir. Ezedan1: Why not add some of these countries to your list: Estonia, Finland, Poland, Czech republic, Hungary and Turkey. Estonia: This country offers education with little or no tuition fee. I know some of you will ask "no tuition fee?". There are many programs offered by Estonian universities that have tuition waiver. And if you don't get tuition waiver, the tuition fee ranges between €2,400 to €4000 per year. Finland: Even though Finland no longer offers tuition free education, you can get up to 100% scholarship plus stipend if you have a satisfaction academic qualifications. Poland: A very peaceful country with affordable tuition fee. You can get university in Poland for as low as €2,000 per academic year. Czech Republic: This country also offers one of the lowest tuition fee in Europe. Hungary: Same as Poland. Turkey: Some universities in Turkey offers affordable tuition fee. Please note that the countries mentioned above offers their programs in English and you do NOT need to start a language course before you begin your studies. 2 Likes 1 Share |
