Here is Hussaini Maitangaran, D bomb expert Boko Haram chief who allegedly spearheaded several deadly attacks in Kano, especially D Nov. 28, 2014 bombing of Kano Central Mosque, he was arrested by DSS on Aug.31, 2017 Buhari has released him to D Al-Barnawi faction of Boko Haram.
