REGIONS STROKE AND NEUROSCIENCE HOSPITAL, 2018 RECRUITMENT

Regions Stroke and Neuroscience Hospital LTD (Regions) is a healthcare facility committed to meeting the managed care needs of self-paying, insured patients and corporate clients within the country and its immediate environs. Conveniently located along Owerri-Port Harcourt Road, Regions is engaged in the primary function of providing specialized medical care in Stroke, Epilepsy and several other Neurological disorders.

We are housed in a 50 bedspace facility, comprising of an Inpatient and a distinct Outpatient building. We are equipped with a 4 bed Neurological and Neurosurgical Intensive Care Unit, 2 Operating rooms and an Emergency room.

Regions seek to recruit qualified, dedicated, dynamic and professionally passionate personnel to deliver services in the following areas:

1. Job Position: Nurse Manager/Chief Nursing Officer

Location: Owerri

Minimum Requirements: Prospective applicants must possess requisite medical qualification (BSN, but preferably MSN). Must maintain current registration and license with the Nursing Council of Nigeria.

Only Candidates with at least 3 years’ (but not more than 5 years) continuous experience and practice (post NYSC where applicable)in a Government or Private Medical Facility will be considered. Prior leadership experience will be an advantage but not compulsory.

Must possess added experience, diploma or any other qualification in Anesthesia, Cardiothoracic surgery or Intensive Care from a recognized nursing programe or teaching hospital, or prior working experience in these setting, in a well recognized tertiary, public or private hospital.

Must be Computer literate and show proficiency in Microsoft Office.

2. Job Position: BSN and RN Nurses

Location: Owerri

Minimum Requirements: Applicants must possess minimum BSN Nursing Degree, or RN and must maintain current registration and license with the Nursing Council of Nigeria.

Only Candidates with not more than 2 years’ continuous experience and practice (post NYSC) will be considered.

Must be Computer literate and show proficiency in Microsoft Office.

3. Job Position: Auxiliary Nurses (Nurse Assistants)

Location: Owerri

Minimum Requirements: Prospective applicants must have trained in a Government or Private Medical Facility, as you will be selected for your hands-on experience and proficiency in the Health Management.

Must be Computer literate and show proficiency in Microsoft Office.
