Hello guys,

For sometime now I have been frustrated in my efforts to speak with customer care agents from Airtel. I dial 111 and follow the prompt, but never get the part where you are told to "speak with a call agent."

It hasn't always been this way. I used to be really pleased with Airtel for been one of the networks that made speaking with agents easy.

Since this frustration started, I stopped trying.

But now, I really need to speak with an agent on a very important issue concerning my line and the whole rigmarole has started again.

Please does anybody know why this is happening and how can I contact them? I'd be very happy if someone can help solve this.
