Have you been bonding or extensively braiding? If you've been doing any of the two, stop for a while and use a strong conditioner to steam forabout 15mins. And you have to cut at least three inches.Good luck.

Maybe you have become a bit more careless in your hair care routine. babe you got to
look after your hair like you look after your skin. shampoo and condition weekly, use
a leave in treatment daily, I use Giovanni Direct. I trim my hair every three months,
do it every month if you like, but I love my hair too much to risk doing that grin
Do not retouched very often, do it only twice a year. trust me when I say this.
That is probably the main reason why your hair is not looking as lustrous as before.
almond hair oil is great too, sometimes I used it when I remember. grin Hope thats
help.

And do not forget to eat healthy.

1.wash and deep condition your hair at least once a wk.
2.stretch ur relaxer fot as long as possibly.

3.limit the use of direct heat, air dry or rollerset you hair rather than blow dry.
4.use hot oil treatments every 2 wks.
5.detangle your hair when wet with conditioner, use a wide tooth comb when hair is dry.
