The Office of the Surveyor General of Lagos State has stopped issuing Consent to Survey on agric aquisition lands in Lagos until further notice.This is due to the complaint by Agric Holdings citing their inabiility to identify their lands due to massive enchroachment in agric acqusition areas. This means that if you purchase any land that falls under agric acquisition now you wont be able to carry out a registered survey. It is best to avoid agric acquisition lands for now -especially in Ikorodu. Please chart any land you want to buy before purchase. 1 Like |
