With the junk(all sort of fries, majorly carbohydrate foods, etc that you guys consume when you guys are young. Plus the African mentality that Kids who consume meat are going to turn into spoilt kids and fruits and real milk(not the shitty milk being sold out here) virtually been a luxury as the family would rather use that money to buy enough "Akpu" or "Amala" that will go round for the family. Take for instance while I was in the North. I observed a particular kid eat Rice, Spaghetti with just Suya spices springed over it for a month straight. This is the norm for the average African children whether in the North or the South.

How do you now expect the average African adult (minus the disaporians) to compete with the average white individual in terms of height, etc even brain power? after a food history of taking in this malnutrition except cases where the African adult like P-Square, etc for instance makes it out of Poverty.

You see undergraduates who get no financial help reading and snacking on "soaked garri" morning/afternoon/night day in and day out while still expected to excel under this circumstance. He or she graduates to face same situation especially when that individual gets no job.

It's crazy how the average African copes under all of these stress built on the foundation of malnutrition and still manages to come strong.
