Jide Kosoko can play Carlos' role and nail it. He can play the wicked, soulless character and blend 'sexy' with it perfectly. Other chiefs should be Zack Orji, Clems Ohamaeze, Peter Bruno, Sam Dede... I should add Chiwetalu Agu to the list but the man go just dey shout ''OVOKO'' upandan. Worthy Mention: Enebeli Elebuwa (RIP)

RMD plays stereotypical roles most times. I don't think I've seen him playing a wicked/murderous/vilainous character and interpreted it well though. KOK would even do better.

Greatly infuriated, he kick the dirts on the floor....
He pants, the memory of what just happened making way back into his head....
He squeaked when he saw the blood flowing freely on the floor.....

Exhausted, James crounched down from the chair and lie on the floor.....
He gasp for breathe, the hot passionate sex replayed in his head...., he raise his head as he saw her sat up....

He swallowed when he saw the ring in her finger, the realization of what he just pricked a heavy conscience into him.., but a part of him wasn't sorry he did what he did.., he craved for it and she did too.. He loves her...

Rita stood up from the chair, her eyes shift to his naked body lying on the floor.....,her heart was loaded with guilt..., the enormity of what they'd done lick through her, judging her,putting her person to question....., just then she realise she'd made a great mistake, a mistake that can never be forgiven....

She grunts,then began to dress up....

He stood up, her expression drove him into a wild feeling of guilt...,a stigma malefaction and blameworthiness......,he try to talk then he realise the stupidity of what he was about to say, there was no excuse for what they'd done... ,no extenuation can justify what had done.....

He exhales softly and quickly grab his shorts..., her face was pale.., woeful like it was all her fault.., like she can't do commitment....

He bit his lower lips, almost wince at the pain, what has he done..., she was engaged, engaged to his uncle..., he overstepped his boundaries this time., he should have stayed away, should have left her alone...., his mouth quivered as words try to force their way out.....

He swallowed and finally wore hIs short....."Rita.... "He muttered softly not sure what to say, how to vindicate his actions.. He pushed her, he shouldn't have kissed her again, it was his fault, he's the reason she broke commitment even before marriage.....

"Please, don't say anything... "She muttered.., Regret struck her, paralyzing her into solecism and self condemnation....,Reminding her how loose and unworthy she is....

"We need to talk about this......"James said with clenched teeth

She didn't reply, she just continue wearing her clothes..

"You need to tell him.... "James added gently..

She stopped dressing up, then she shift her gaze to him.... "Tell him what.., that we had sex... "

He squeaked, the reminder of what they just did forced him to slip.... "It wasn't our fault we had sex.... "He said crisply.., voice clipped

She sniff, then she swung her top over her shoulder, dragging it to her waist.... "You're right, it wasn't our fault we had sex, it was mine fault, i shouldn't have come here.... "

"Am not talking about that Rita and you know it, i love you and you love me too, you can't continue with this wedding, you'll only be hurting my uncle...

"I already did.... "She interjects.., her eyes dancing wet........ "I already hurt him even before he marries me.... "

"Please Rita, stop this wedding before it goes too far.... "

"Didn't you hear what your uncle said, the wedding is next week, how am i supposed to stop that....?

"You'll never be happy if you get married to him, you know that, please do this for you, do the right thing...

Pious crocked his throat.... "The campaign is two days away, election will pick up the next two weeks..., As it is now, Carlos will do anything to win that election.....

"Even though it means it means killing his competitor....? Zuru said

"Exactly uncle..., and his worthy competitor in this case is Chief Mayo......."He stood up from the chair.... "And with almost all the ways Carlos can make money blocked..., the bourgeoisie and bourgeois will be convinced he just want to be the chairman to climb back to the top...., with that thought, they will shift their support to the next best candidate which is chief Mayo...... "

"But i thought Chief mayo also agreed to sell a portion of his shares......"Giselle said

Pious gave her a smile... "Yes he did,but it was for a reason......"He nib his lips and continue.... "You see,i made chief Mayo understand the only way he could defeat chief Carlos was to deceive him...., so him selling the shares was just a way of making Carlos thinks he's on his side, Carlos won't see him coming..... "

"So how does this plan put another chief down...? Kahefa ask curiously...

Pious sat back on the chair..... "Carlos will realise he's loosing, for him to win, he will need to make Chief Mayo disappear.....

"And by disappear you mean.....

Infuriated the DPO drop the pistol on the table, he stood up, then he slammed the wall with his palm....
What happened to the chief keep replaying in his head..., this was his chance of sending those demons to jail..., it would have been a good evidence to hold them....

He breathe heavily, he pick up the intercom and called Kess office...
The call connected after the second ring...
"I want you and Philip in my office now.... "He said and drop the call....

He grind his teeth, exasperation licking through him....

It wasn't long before Kess and Philip walked in...
They immediately saluted upon entering the DPO office....

The DPO curl his lips as the gunshot keep echoing in his head over and over....

"Who else than everyone here knew where the chief was meeting us....? The DPO ask

Kess and Philip glance at each other.....

"No-one sir.... "Kess said

"No-one...!, the DPO scoffs.... "That man was shot dead.. Another opportunity of putting those chiefs down went down the drain because someone told someone where the chief was meeting us....... "The DPO snort, he turn around then spun to face them again.... "We have a mole... ,someone in this station is helping the chiefs.... "

"I believe so sir.. "Philip said..... "That explains how anyone who shot Chief Ayu knew we were there....... "

The DPO brushed his hair with his palm.... "I want the two of you to watch carefully..., watch the others very well, i need that person caught..... "

"But sir, we know who could have killed the chief...."Kess said

"Of course we know..., the chiefs did it, but without evidence, we can do nothing...., what i need now is find who leaked that information to the chiefs......., we need to set a trap for the mole........."

"Trap..... "Philip said.... "What kind of trap sir.....?

"I will think of something.... "The DPO said... "But this information must remain between us, as it is now, you two are the only ones i trust..... "

Kess pace around in his office,before the dead of the chief, he was glad they were finally going to have something to pin the chiefs down.....

He wonder who the mole is, who could it be, who could be so close to the chiefs to leak such information....
He lean his hand on the table as he began to dig into the past........

"Why did you shoot him? Kess ask

"He shot at me, it was self defense..... "Philip said sarcastically

Kess watch as tears drip from Pious eyes...
"Now we will never know who sent him".....Kess added
