In the run up to the 2019 election in Nigeria, Sahara Reporters founder, Omoyele Sowore, engaged Nigeria’s communication minister, Adebayo Shittu in an heated exchange of argument on a public affairs radio programme on Fresh FM Ibadan on Saturday.

Mr Sowore, who said he will send the APC led government packing in 2019, also promised to open the book if the Minister dares take him to court over a corruption allegation published by Sahara Reporter.

The Minister, who called Sowore inconsequential, told him to aspire to contest as a Councillor before thinking of the Presidency. The duo also talks about the corruption allegation published by Sahara Reporters against Shittu, with Sowore claiming Mr Shittu sent one Mr. Kareem to call him, a claim Shittu did not deny.

It was an interesting exchange of words between Sowore and Adebayo Shittu. Watch the video clip below
