What did they do with the money?

Ask yourself!

But you have heard about the sudden surge in Nigeria's foreign reserve to above $46b, and the monies in there fell from the sky. Must all monies be used when there is no immediate appropriations for it. Note! Such excess money from non crude are kept in such reserve or appropriated to running a specific project(s).

New Nigeria indeed! May God bless this administration. Though its still surrounded by thieves(you can't find ANY saint in Nigeria) we will get there. Back in the days, money would have exchanged hands and no fine will ever be paid. Change doesn't happen overnight and it starts from you and me. Has anyone paid their taxes lately?most Nigerians here on NL demand infrastructural development BUT they dont pay taxes and they keep comparing nigeria to countries that maintain almost a 100% tax payment compliance by its citizens. Mechanics, vulcanizers, artisans, market women, domestic workers hardly pay tax....and i am not talking about VAT. I am talking about income tax. Its mostly civil servants that have taxes deducted from their pay. It is well.....

They must pay every kobo up to the last dime,a uselessly fraudulent company that specializes in exploiting the loop holes in our system to exploit us..No pity for them even though the fine payment will still be borne by Nigerians..
