The National Youth Service Corps, NYSC has extended the deadline for registration of Batch A stream II prospective corps members to ensure fairness to all.

Authorities of the scheme had earlier stated that “the portal will be open from Monday, March 26, 2018, and will close on Sunday, April 8, 2018, but the registration has now been extended to Tuesday, April 10, 2018.”

A statement in that regard posted on the official Twitter page of the scheme read: "Eligible candidates should make good use of the two days extension and carry out all their registration, warning that the portal will not be reopened once it is shut down.

“However, as stated in the NYSC Mobilization Time-Table for 2018 Batch A, Deployment and Printing of Call-up Letters by ICT Department of the agency will start from Monday, April 9, to Wednesday, April 11, 2018.”

“This exercise will be followed with Notification/Online Printing of Call-up Letters/Delivery of Call-up letters to Institutions from Thursday, April 12 to Sunday, April 15, 2018.”
