Congratulations on a successful surgery. Your wound is still healing, that means the operation is within a month or so.
Please go and follow up with your doctor, find out what the pathology is, ok.
My fear is that with 10 years and gross facial distortion pre-operatively, it may be cancer.
So, ask your doctor what the pathologist said.
